According to the Associated Press "Philadelphia officers have been on edge since Saturday, when Officer Stephen Liczbinski was fatally shot with an assault rifle after a robbery." Does this give them a reason to pick people at random to vent their frustrations? The militarization of our police, trained to view the general public as the enemy, against whom "pain compliance" must be used, has placed every American at risk of personal injury. These police officers are sworn to protect and defend the Constitution. Are these public servants or a pack of wild street thugs? You decide.
